Dennis Alvarez is a Senior Director of Capital Markets at Nasdaq. He has close to 20 years’ experience
working with public companies, helping them to understand what is driving their equity and debt trading and
how they can best adapt to the market conditions. Dennis has worked with companies across every sector
and market cap and has helped them understand and plan a course of action through a wide variety of market
situations. During his career he has served with Citigate, Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq. He is a member of the
CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. When not analyzing market data, Dennis coaches
youth football and baseball.
