Gemma joined Corbin Advisors in 2018 as a senior member of the perception study division, bringing
18 years of investor relations experience and client service across a wide range of sectors, including
Financial Services, Energy, Telecom, Specialty Chemicals, Retail & Consumer Goods and Airlines.
She has worked as a trusted advisor with public companies across all market-caps and geographies,
with a concentration in Europe.

Gemma is passionate about helping companies with their strategy evaluation, development and narrative
through a multi-faceted analysis of investor views. As a senior executive interviewer and skilled
communicator, she is instrumental in turning frequently complex situations into a simplified and compelling
investment thesis, with a keen focus on the inclusion of ESG performance enhancing long term
shareholder value.

Prior to Corbin Advisors, she was a senior member of the New York team for European client services in
KPMG’s Capital Markets Advisory division, Makinson Cowell. During her long tenure, she developed a deep
understanding of value creation strategies and message delivery. She is highly skilled at developing strategic
investor relations programs to improve investors’ understanding of client companies and help expand the
credibility of management teams. She began her investor relations career building investor meeting
programs, traveling with senior management teams in investor meetings, providing feedback and
recommendations, and coaching those new to investor-facing roles.

Gemma is an active member of NIRI NY Chapter where she supports Chapter events.

Gemma spent the first five years of her career as a bankruptcy lawyer In the Dutch law firm Nauta Dutilh
in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, mandated to evaluate, analyze and maximize bankrupt estates’ assets,
including cross border. She earned Law degrees from the Universities of Leyden, The Netherlands,
and London, UK. When not at work, she enjoys her daughter’s ballet performances, piano study,
theater, ziplining and skiing.
