Manash Goswami joined First Asset in 2007 and is primarily responsible for managing several
active equity mandates focused on income generation and is also responsible for a number
of First Asset's Smart Beta portfolios, including factor-based ETFs which track Morningstar
and MSCI Indexes, First Asset's Core ETFs, and all of First Asset's Covered Call ETFs.

Manash has been recognized by Brendan Wood International (BWI) as one of Canada's top ranked
portfolio managers,achieving Platinum Class by being named one of the TopGun Investment
Minds in Canada consecutively since 2013.

Manash manages a team which is the key point of contact between First Asset and the market
making community, functioning as a vital resource providing solutions and counsel for investment
advisors and facilitating effective client ETF transactions.

Manash holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Biology & Economics) from Queen's University in
Kingston, Ontario, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business
at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. In addition, he holds the designations
of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA),
and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
