Stephanie Amaimo

Stephanie joined Fortis Inc. in 2016. Previously, she worked at ITC Holdings Corp. (ITC) for more than
10 years where she held various roles in investor relations, treasury, and financial planning and analysis.
Stephanie was the Director of Investor Relations at the time of the Fortis acquisition of ITC.

She earned a Bachelor of Administration from The University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of
Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Stephanie served on the Board of Directors for North Star Reach, a non-profit organization that
offers life-changing camp experiences for children with serious health challenges and their
families in 2016, 2017, 2018.
