Camilla Bartosiewicz, Vice President, Investor Relations, Altus Group Ltd
Camilla Bartosiewicz is Vice President, Investor Relations at Altus Group Ltd., (TSX:AIF), a leading provider of independent advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry. She is a senior investor relations professional with over 10 years of experience in implementing strategic investor relations programs for publicly traded issuers across various sectors. Camilla has established relationships with a number of global financial institutions and serves as corporate spokesperson and first point of contact with shareholders, financial analysts and the investment community. She has a proven track record of executing strategic investor relations programs that result in effective investor outreach, solid stakeholder relationships and, ultimately, improved shareholder value.

Prior to joining Altus Group in 2014, she served as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at North American Palladium, and earlier in her career Camilla worked as a consultant at Kingsdale Communications Inc. and at Barnes McInerney Inc. where she advised clients on strategic investor relations programs and special situation communications. Camilla holds a B.A. Hons in Media Studies from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College. She currently serves on the board of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and occasionally presents at industry events and in schools on various investor relations topics. 

Tamara Brown, Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Development, Newcrest Mining Ltd.
Tamara Brown is a mining industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the mining and financial sectors. She is currently Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development (Americas) for Newcrest Mining. Formerly, she held the role of Vice President, Corporate Development for Primero Mining Corp. from 2015 to 2018 and was Vice President, Investor Relations for Primero from 2010 to 2015. Prior to this Tamara was Director of Investor Relations for IAMGOLD Corp., an investor relations consultant for several junior exploration companies, partner of a boutique investment banking firm and a professional engineer in the mining industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Curtin University in Australia and has completed the Chartered Business Valuator course at York University.

Paul Carpino, CPIR, F.CIRI, Vice President, Investor Relations, Rogers Communications Inc.  
Paul Carpino is Vice President, Investor Relations at Rogers Communications. He has specialized in investor relations for 32 years and has previously held senior investor relations positions with some of Canada’s leading public companies including TELUS, BlackBerry, Celestica, Tim Hortons, Royal Bank of Canada, The Barnes Organization, PC DOCS, Trimac Limited and LSI Logic Corporation of Canada.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and a Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) from the CIRI/Richard Ivey School of Business. In 2019, he was recognized as a CIRI Fellow (F.CIRI); a distinction awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of the investor relations profession and to CIRI throughout their careers, and to serve as role models for others. He is a recipient of the Brendan Wood's 2016 TopGun Investor Relations Executive Designation measuring performance, professionalism and integrity, and is also the 2015 recipient of the Belle Mulligan Award for Leadership in investor relations.

Karen Keyes, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Aimia Inc. 
Karen Keyes joined Aimia as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations in January 2013. She has spent almost half her career experience working in the UK, where she led investor relations at two FTSE mid-cap technology companies. Earlier in her career, she worked in business development and government relations at Nortel Networks in the UK and Canada. She has an M.Sc. in Finance (London Business School) and an MA in International Political Economy (Carleton). In addition to over 40 reporting events, 12 AGMs and a handful of investor days, her IR experience has spanned major contract announcements, share buybacks, share and debt placings, acquisitions, disposals, and Board and management changes.  

 

Sarah Keyes, Principal, ESG Global Advisors
Sarah Keyes is a Principal at ESG Global Advisors. With a decade of diverse experience as a thought leader, consultant and auditor, Sarah is a recognized voice on the financial impacts of ESG issues for the Canadian business community. She is a speaker, author and facilitator on the impacts of climate change risks and opportunities on governance, strategy, risk management and performance.

In her previous role at CPA Canada, she developed research and guidance on climate change issues and implications for business decision-making, reporting and oversight. Sarah received the 2018 Emerging Leader Award from CPA Ontario for her innovative work in climate change and sustainability for the accounting profession. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with distinction from McGill University. She is certified in ISO 14064-3: Greenhouse Gas Verification and Validation. She also volunteers on the Board of Directors of Green Thumbs and the University of Toronto’s Environmental Finance Advisory Committee.

Yvette Lokker, President & CEO, CIRI
Yvette Lokker is currently President & CEO of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI). Yvette joined CIRI in 2008 as the Director of Communications and Professional Development and was promoted to Vice President in the fall of 2011. In addition to her many accomplishments, Yvette was responsible for establishing the first investor relations certification program in North America in partnership with the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to joining CIRI, Yvette was the Manager, Investor Relations at MDS Inc. where she assisted in developing and directing the investor relations strategies and activities for seven years. Yvette has a BSc. in Chemistry and a Business Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has completed the Strategic Management of Investor Relations program at the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Canadian Securities Course.
 

Ross McKee, Partner, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP 
Ross McKee is a Partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Ross has over 30 years' experience in all aspects of securities regulation, including capital markets, disclosure, corporate governance, mergers and financing, ranging from venture capital to international structured finance. Ross has been a regular columnist for CIRI's IR leader, and he was a member of the committee that developed CIRI's Standards & Guidance for Disclosure and Model Disclosure Policy for public companies. He was also retained to develop the Toronto Stock Exchange's Filing Guide for TSX-listed companies and has served as a member of the OSC's Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee. Ross taught the securities regulation course for five years at the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University, and has spoken at numerous seminars on topics in the area of securities regulation and corporate governance.

Robert Sedran, Managing Director & Head, Research, CIBC Capital Markets
Robert Sedran is Managing Director and Head of CIBC Capital Markets’ Equity Research team. He leads over 26 analysts who provide coverage of over 325 companies. Robert also heads CIBC Capital Markets’ research of Canadian banks, and has done so since returning to CIBC Capital Markets in 2010 from another Canadian bank. Robert began his career with CIBC in 1997, as part of the CFO Development Program, based in Toronto and New York. In 1999, he moved to CIBC Capital Markets’ Debt Capital Markets team, assuming both trading and sales roles. Robert holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McMaster University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

 

Sean Steuart, Managing Director, Equity Research - Paper & Forest Products/Alternative Energy, TD Securities Inc.
Sean assumed the role of North American paper & forest products analyst in 2000 and has covered the Canadian renewable power sector since 2008. He now covers 19 equities across both sectors and has been consistently ranked as a TopGun and SuperLeague analyst by Brendan Wood International, a global capital markets survey firm. Before joining TD Securities, Sean gathered extensive work experience at pulp and paper mills in Canada and the United States. Sean graduated from York University’s MBA program in 1998 and has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. He is a CFA charterholder.

 

Michael Tintinaglia, Business Development Manager, Equities Trading, TMX Markets
Michael is a Business Development Manager for equity trading, covering North American Buy Side accounts as well as Canadian Broker/Dealers. Prior to joining the TMX Group he was an Institutional equity trader for 13 years starting at a multinational firm, ending at a Canadian boutique. Michael is actively involved with both the Institutional and Retail trading community, sitting on the TSX’s Buy Side, Retail and Market on Close advisory group. Michael holds a Masters of Finance from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, a B.Sc. in Engineering for the University of Guelph, and is a CFA charter holder.

Malcolm White, Portfolio Manager, Signature Global Asset Management
Malcolm White, CFA, is a portfolio manager and technology, media, and telecommunications specialist at Signature Global Asset Management, a division of CI Investments. He has over 21 years of investment experience and started his career as a software developer. Malcolm has consistently been voted as one of Canada’s top 50 money managers in the Brendan Wood survey, and the fund he co-manages won the 2017 Lipper Fund Award as the Best Global Fund in Canada. He recently completed a part-time program in artificial intelligence at a local Toronto university, where, for his capstone project, he created a machine learning application that reads financial transcripts and automatically determines investor sentiment. He holds a BA from Queen’s University.
