The Canadian Securities Regulators (CSA) have been busy over the last few years looking at a variety of issues that have the potential to impact issuers and IR specifically. Join us over lunch to hear from Anita Cyr, Associate Chief Accountant and Allan Lim, Manager, Corporate Finance from the BC Securities Commission (BCSC), who will be speaking on reducing regulatory burden and regulation of non-GAAP financial measures, both of which will impact issuers. This event is eligible for 2 CEUs.
This event will also be available by live and archive webcast. Click here to register for the webcast.
Please note: Elections Act (Alberta) rules in effect prevent the Alberta Securities Commission from presenting at the event as an election has been called for April 16th.
