On January 3, 2018, the European Union implemented its revised
Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) to facilitate
transparency. MiFID II is focused on unbundling fees, which is having a
significant impact on how trades are made and with whom; where research
is being distributed and at what cost; and how the buy-side are gaining
access to company executives. This well-rounded panel will discuss the
impact of the new MiFID II rules from all sides and help IROs prepare
for the industry shakeout. This webcast is eligible for 2 CEUs.
