Member fee: $550 plus tax
Non-member fee: $875 plus tax.

Fees include access to the live and archived presentations and presentation materials. 

All cancellations must be received in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after September 1, 2021 are non-refundable.
