Roslane (« Ross ») Aouameur is the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Investor Relations at Goodfood, a leading online grocery company in Canada, and has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Goodfood, Ross worked for over 7 years as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank in New York, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in Industrials, and was the co-founder and chief financial officer of Eugeria, a start up focusing on supporting caregivers. He graduated with honours from McGill University.
Ruth Hanna, Investor Relations & Communication Mangaer, Aya Gold & Silver
Ruth Hanna is Manager, Investor Relations & Communications at Aya Gold & Silver, a Canadian precious metals mining company operating and exploring in Morocco. Prior to Aya, she worked for 8 years in investor relations for SEMAFO, a gold mining company with operations in West Africa. Ruth has held various positions over the course of her career including roles in business analysis, financial journalism, marketing, and investor relations.
A graduate of University of Salford, Ruth holds the Canadian Securities course certificate. She has served as a director of Canadian Investor Relations Institute’s Québec chapter since 2016.
Guy L’Espérance, Regional Vice President, QC & Eastern Canada, AST Investor Services Inc. (Canada) (Moderator)
Guy is Vice President, Director of Sales at AST Trust Company (Canada), a leading trust company in Canada. He has been with AST since 2010 and prior to that, he worked at Computershare and Montreal Trust Company for a combined thirty (30) years of experience in the transfer agency, shareholder identification, proxy solicitation sectors, corporate trust and employee & incentive plan administration. Throughout his career, he developed an expertise on shareholder management helping issuers to identify and engage with their shareholders. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Economics from Laval University and Moncton University respectively. He has served on the Board of the Québec Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute since 2013.
Quentin Weber, Investor Relations, WSP Global Inc.
Quentin Weber joined the investor relations team at WSP Global Inc. in 2019. Headquartered in Montreal, Québec, he is overseeing the investor relations program and is actively involved in a wide variety of projects. Prior to joining WSP, Quentin was involved in the transfer agency business for eight years. He holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Finance from the University du Québec à Montréal. Quentin is a board member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute’s Québec Chapter and a member of the Issues Committee.
